Antonia Bernath Biography
A British national, Antonia Bernath, came to Bollywood armed with impeccable credentials. She has done a three-year acting course in the Bristol Old Vic Drama School in London.

The 23-year-old actress learnt about the auditions for Subhash Ghai's Kisna through casting agents but decided to do an Internet search on Ghai just to be sure. She knew that Bollywood was bigger than Hollywood in terms of the number of films made annually and the audience reach but did not know about Ghai. After her Internet search on him she was most impressed.

Ghai's film is set in the British Raj. Bernath plays an army general's daughter who falls in love with a rural boy going by the name Kisna. Ghai picked her over 200 girls in a large-scale audition held in London.
