Kareena Kapoor’s diet, a matter to write!
The story could be inspiring! How Kareena Kapoor eats healthy and yet stays size zero? Many of the young girls, or even the old ones, fascinated by fitting clothes and trying to lose that extra inch would love to know the secret.

Now, it’s learnt that the writer Shobhaa De is planning a book somewhat similar to Victoria Beckham’s fashion advice guide book ‘Extra Half’, and who could be the source of inspiration better than apni Bebo, the size zero diva. Like Kareena, Posh too has her share of fame because of her skinny frame.

When the news of the book reached Kareena, she was more than pleased to know about it. In fact, she admires Shobhaa De, who is also a fashion icon and epitome of elegance. “I would absolutely value anything she does. However, I’m unable to say anything at this point,” says Kareena about the book to a daily.

However, Shobhaa is not the only one planning to write on Bebo. The actress’s dietician Rujuta Diwekar too has been inspired by her. She is planning her second book and Kareena will be her role model. The dietician’s first book was recently launched and is selling like hot cakes. So, she doesn’t mind coming up with a book sequel.
