Salman Khan doubtlessly has an enviable body and knows more than a thing or two about physical fitness. He’s the one who’s responsible for turning the chubby Sonakshi Sinha into the svelte damsel that she’s today.

Sonakshi, who was actually a reluctant entrant in Bollywood, had to really sweat out while shooting in Panchgani for Dabangg with Salman. Their hotel was quite a distance from the shooting location and Salman often used to make Sonakshi walk from the shooting site to hotel at the end of the day. He had even set up a gym there and would invite Sonakshi to work out with him.

Not just this, Salman carefully monitored Sonakshi’s diet. Oily and fatty food was strictly prohibited to her. She was only given salads to nibble on.

Today, the girl is thankful to Salman for making her go through all the grind. She’s in excellent shape which she may have never gained had it not been for Sallu’s guidance.
