Many are still unfamiliar with the name of the movie because it was titled Shaadi Mubarak Ho during its production. Yash Raj Films have released the theatrical trailer of Band Baaja Baaraat, a low-budget film shot mostly in Delhi. The first few frames of the trailer give the audience a taste of the capital bustling with people from all walks of life.
In the movie Anushka plays Shruti Kakkar, a young girl with big dreams; newcomer Ranveer Singh, who plays Bittoo Sharma, is also no different. Both start the business of wedding planning to cash in on Delhi’s expensive wedding fervor.
