Fiesta! Golmaal 3 and its funny characters are ready to tickle your funny bone, but what about the film’s music? Last time it was Kareena Kapoor singing Meow and people couldn’t get enough of the much popular track Tha Tha Kar Ke. Now, as Rohit Shetty with his directorial wand brings the other caper, an anticipated sequel, who else than Pritam, who has a knack for churning out Bollywood hits, to compose the music. Doesn’t matter even if he borrows from here and there; that too requires talent and research. The composer has in him the musical feel to make anyone with two left feet hit the dance floor.

The party time is on; the Golmaal title track Go Go Golmaal is no different from the title track of Golmaal and Golmaal Returns. While singers K.K., Anushka Manchanda and Monali Thakur assure its feisty flavor, Pritam’s funtastic music makes it an enjoyable track. Yes, ‘Golmaal is back again’. With the techno music Golmaal remix is a track fitting for disc floors. Groove in!

With the Spanish zing and peppy beats starts Apna Har Din. While listening to this track one can easily picture the extravagant, musical carnivals. Not to forget that the entire movie is shot in Goa and also the fact that we have heard similar songs in De Dana Dan. It’s always cool for Pritam to rewind! A dose of healthy EDM is good; the Apna Har Din Remix sounds very disc-type, cool!

The electropop of the 80s has influenced several artists in India and getting an Indian version of Pet Shop Boys song Go West is no feat. So Ale, in the voice of Neeraj Shridhar and Antara Mitra like the original, is no less a fanfare.

Like many Bollywood dance tracks, Desi Kali will entertain its listeners with its racy tune and romantic lyrics. Neeraj Sridhar’s voice entices likes a wooer and Sunidhi Chauhan seduces with her saucy vocals. Desi Kali Remix is chilled-out number, less stress on brain as music takes the front seat.

Coming to the bonus tracks, the album has Mithun Chakraborty’s legendary track Disco Dancer and Yaad Aa Raha Hai in the voice of Sudesh Bhonsle. Yes, when Mithun is a part of the cast why not include his smashing hits.

Yeah! the joyride is over, much mirth and no murk. The fantastic, bombastic tracks are justified for the movie’s comic theme and also its kooky-wacky characters who will bring the house down. Viva la vida!
