In the thrilling World Cup final match against Sri Lanka, two innings from Indian batsmen stood out, that of captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Gautam Gambhir. Which one is your favourite?

Gambhir’s knock of 97 was extremely crucial in cementing India’s grasp on the match that seemed slipping away in Sri Lanka’s favour after two early dismissals, that too of Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar. Gambhir came to the crease, and built strong partnerships with the likes of Kohli and Dhoni before falling at 97 while attempting a loose shot.

Dhoni, on the other hand, came at a point when the Indian batsmen were under tremendous pressure. Dhoni soaked up all the pressure and stayed at the crease till the very end. Above all, he provided us a win befitting that of champions: with a six.

We know both the innings were crucial for India’s win, but if asked to choose, which one will you pick as your favourite?
