Mithun’s son Mahakashay Chakraborty - from fat to fit!
Mimoh Chakraborty was rejected by movie buffs when he made his acting debut in the superflop film Jimmy in 2008. Now, he’s looking forward to a fresh start.

At the time of the release of Jimmy, a lot of negative comments poured in about his beefy and cherubic physique that gave him the look of a roly-poly boy, not the kind that Indian audiences like to see play leading roles in films. Apparently, Mimoh seems to have learnt his lesson fast.

Now, rechristened Mahakshay, the young lad is looking surprisingly slim and macho for his role in director Vikram Bhatt’s 3D horror film Haunted.

Apart from the look, Mahakshay is putting in a lot of effort into his role in the film. Action director Abbas Ali Moghul says there is a scene in the film where a chandelier falls on Mahakshay and he just rolls away in time from being crushed under it. Though there was a body double on the sets, Mahakshay insisted on doing the stunt himself and did it with flying colours.

Let’s hope the new makeover and dedication does good to Mahakshay’s career.
