I can dance around trees: Preeti Desai
Preeti Desai doesn’t mind Bollywood’s song and dance routine

The UK girl Preeti Desai who’s made her debut with the new release Shor In The City says she has no qualms dancing around trees in Bollywood films.

“I grew up watching films with a lot of song and dance in them so I am quite open to doing the same. My priority is a good script and a good director. If I get both in a project where I have to dance around trees, why not?” Preeti is quoted as saying by a news agency.

In Shor In The City, Preeti is paired with Sendhil Ramamurthy and also has an intimate scene with him. However, she’s quite dismissive of the steamy scene.

“As far as love scenes go, this is a really tame one. By the time me and Sendhil were shooting for it, we had become really comfortable with each other and so it was not very difficult,” said Preeti.

Preeti also prefers to keep tightlipped about her relationship with Abhay Deol.

“I have been misquoted a lot in the media about these things and I have decided that the best option is not to comment at all,” she said.

Preeti is considering a number of scripts but hasn’t signed her second Bollywood film yet. She’s also learning Hindi.
