Those who pride over being patient have probably never been through Mumbai’s traffic jams. Recently, John Abraham got badly stuck in a traffic jam on his way to a film shoot. Guess what he did eventually?

Last week, John Abraham was on his way to the sets of producer Shrishti Behl next film, starring Chitrangada Singh and Prachi Desai opposite John. He was headed to Famous Studios in Mahalaxmi, but got stuck in a horrible morning-hour traffic jam a few kilometres before his destination.

We hear that the jam was caused by a fallen tree that had blocked the road. To make things worse, the jam also prevented the fire brigade folks to reach the spot on time. So Johnny boy waited for about half an hour. More delay would have meant delay in the shoot as well.

Finally, John Abraham took a brave call. He stepped out of the car and hiked the rest of the distance to the studio. Did people not recognize him on the road? Of course, they did. But John flashed his dimpled smile, talked with a few of them while walking, and even shook hands. Obviously, no one in the crowd troubled him.

After all, “a gentleman would walk but never run!”
