Bodyguard keeps Salman Khan away from IIFA
Salman Khan’s maiden production venture Chillar Party will premiere at IIFA but Salman will be missing.

Salman is committed to finishing Bodyguard (with Kareena Kapoor) so that it can be released at Eid this year and making the trip to Canada would have kept him away for too long, so he has taken the decision to not attend IIFA.

This is sad news for Salman Khan fans in Toronto, but the star wants to make sure that a bigger treat is on the platter this Eid.

Meanwhile, there is news that Shahrukh Khan will be attending IIFA after a gap of seven years, and he is expected to give a stage performance.

Shahrukh Khan’s return to IIFA coincides with Amitabh Bachchan’s exit. While last year, Amitabh Bachchan himself boycotted the IIFA in Sri Lanka; this year he has been dropped by the academy. The entire Bachchan khandaan will be missing from the event.

Do take a peek at Chillar Party if you happen to be at IIFA, as Salman Khan believes in the movie so much that he has chosen it to be the first production venture of Salman Khan Being Human productions.

Salman surely has turned a committed man; committed to making sure that his movies are successful.
