Superstar Rajinikanth could be back in India on Wednesday

Rajinikanth to return soon
After being away in Singapore for about one-and-a-half months, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth is now set to return to Chennai soon.

Rajinikanth went to Singapore for medical treatment after he failed to fully recover from breathing problem and kidney-related ailment after repeated hospitalization in Chennai in May. He flew to Singapore with his family and was admitted to Mount Elizabeth Health Centre. He was discharged in the middle of June but had been vacationing with his family to fully recuperate.

The word now is that Rajinikanth will return on Wednesday, most probably. The airline tickets have reportedly been booked.

The fans of the superstar are planning to give him a grand welcome.

Rajinikanth fell ill while shooting his film Rana. In fact, he was hospitalized briefly on the very mahurat day of the film. He is now expected to resume the shoot in the coming months, after he is fully fit to shoot for action sequences.
