Abhishek Bachchan wants a Heroine

Ok, first things first. When we say heroine, we do not mean Aishwarya Rai’s former movie Heroine. A lot has already been talked about that! We are talking about the heroine (actress) that would be cast opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Puri Jagannath’s next!

It is a well-known fact that Abhishek Bachchan has been signed as the lead actor for Puri Jagannath’s next directorial venture, tentatively titled, The Businessman.

Reports suggest that after watching the final product of Bbuddah - Hoga Terra Baap, Amitabh Bachchan was mighty impressed and expressed his desire of Puri Jagganath directing Abhishek Bachchan in his next project; and Puri was more than happy with this idea.

The only hitch now is a lead actress is yet to be cast opposite Junior Bachchan! Buzz is that Puri wanted to rope in Kajal Aggarwal, who has already been selected to play the female lead in the Tamil version of The Businessman, in the Bollywood version of the movie too!

But Kajal Aggarwal is making her Bollywood debut with Ajay Devgan’s Singham. She is now out of consideration as Puri wants to cast a fresh face.

So, who will grab the role of the leading lady opposite Abhishek Bachchan? We will keep you informed.
