Imran Khan heads for a much belated honeymoon! Imran & Avantika
Avantika Malik Khan must be a very patient girl. Six months after her wedding to actor Imran Khan, she hasn’t yet experienced the most memorable part of a consummate marriage -- the honeymoon.

But that’s going to change now. Imran Khan, we hear, is finally eyeing a two-week break from his ever busy work schedules. He and Avantika got married in January but just two days after the wedding he was back to work in Bollywood. He had been shooting for mamu Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly and Yashraj Films Mere Brother Ki Dulhan with Katrina Kaif.

Now that Delhi Belly is minting money at box office and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is slated for release in September, Imran is in a position to take a two-week break and whisk away his lovely wife to the much belated honeymoon.

Imran and Avantika will head for an undisclosed location (the couple wouldn’t want to be disturbed by the paparazzi, would they?) by the end of this month and will return around mid August, just in time to promote Mere Brother Ki Dulhan which releases on September 9.

A six-month slog right after the marriage surely calls for an unforgettable honeymoon. What say, Imran?
