Director Sagar Ballary chops Minissha Lamba’s role; gets the flak from the actress

Minissha Lamba slams director Sagar Ballary
Minissha Lamba is upset over the way director Sagar Ballary has bad-mouthed her in the media.

Speaking to a Mumbai tabloid, Sagar Ballary, the director of Bheja Fry 2, accuses Minissha of secretly shooting a music video for the film without his knowledge. And when the video was included in the movie, thanks to the producers, Ballary was at a loss. He says he felt betrayed by Minissha for having shot the music video without informing him.

And now that Ballary is editing his next film Hum Tum Shabana which stars Minissha Lamba and Pia Trivedi, Ballary has started chopping off Minissha’s role and giving more footage to Pia. The idea is to let Minissha be outshined by Pia.

“Pia is looking gorgeous in the film and we want Pia to get noticed. We are removing portions of Minissha, which are unwanted,” Ballary is quoted to have told the tabloid.

In response, Minissha expressed her anger by posting this message on her Twitter page: “Dear sagar, what u did today was immature, graceless and not befitting the stature that a director ought to command.”

We wonder how Ballary will respond to Minissha’s jab.
