Shahid Kapoor plays three characters in Kunal Kohli’s next

Actor Shahid Kapoor is news these days! Reason? His long awaited film Mausam with Sonam Kapoor is about to hit the screens, and the shooting of his upcoming Kunal Kohli movie with his current-ex girlfriend (well, like everyone else, we are not sure of their relationship status) Priyanka Chopra has started.

Though Shahid Kapoor did not reveal much about his character in Kunal Kohli’s next, he told the reporters at a radio station in Mumbai: “I don’t want to speak much about the film, but it has three different characters.”

This would be the second time that the alleged couple of Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space. They were first seen together in Kaminey in which Shahid incidentally played a double role. Now that their second coming has him playing a triple role, we wonder if that trend will continue in the duo’s coming films.

However, right now Shahid is busy promoting his father’s directorial venture Mausam. “The world surrounding Mausam and its feel is totally different. Mausam is not another run-of-the-mill film. It has a different story and even the story telling is unique,” said Shasha.

He further added: “The USP of Mausam is that it’s a journey. One side where you are going to see the innocence of Punjab and entertaining atmosphere, the other side will show you a matured air force officer and then it moves forward to some other level.”

The promotions of Mausam are currently in full flow. Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor have been paying visits to various radio stations and have even shot an episode for Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati. Mausam releases on September 16.
