Bipasha Basu is the best choice for ‘Munni Badnam Hui’ song!

Who will dance to the ‘Munni’ song? That is still a question plaguing the minds of the makers of Osthi, the Tamil ‘Dabangg’. Last we heard that actor Sonu Sood, who is also a part of the Tamil remake of Dabangg, is backing Katrina Kaif, and not Bipasha Basu, to do a ‘Munni’ in the movie. But that’s not true, claims the actor.

Sonu Sood took help of his twitter handle to clear the rumours, “Heard of some news that I don’t want Bipasha for Munni. In fact I was the one who suggested that she is the best for Munni song.” It was earlier said that Sonu is rooting for his good friend Katrina, who floored all with her ‘Sheila’ number, to dance in ‘Munni’ song.

And since the original Munni, Malaika Arora, is not willing to dance in an item song outside her banner, the makers of Tamil ‘Dabangg’ wanted a good dancer with sensual appeal, who can fit the bill perfectly.

Sonu is even adjusting his dates to suit Bipasha. “Still trying to work around her dates. Have pushed my dates too. If she’s on board that will prove all these news to be baseless,” the actor is quoted as saying.

Bipasha Basu looked hot in the song Beedi Jalaile, and has sizzling item songs to her credit. She is the first and best choice for ‘Munni’.

Tamil star Silambarasan is playing the character of the cop played by Salman Khan in the original, while the cute Richa Gangopadhyay will be seen in Sonakshi Sinha’s role.
