Why the hot Chitrangada Singh is missing from ‘Desi Boyz’ promos?

Ever since the Desi Boyz trailer and posters are out, everyone is looking for the sensational Chitrangada Singh, but the actress is not seen anywhere, except for a millisecond in the trailer. But why is she missing from the promotions of the film?

It’s said that the actress’ look is deliberately kept under wraps as a part of the marketing campaign. “A lot of measures have also been taken to ensure that her look isn’t leaked until closer to the release of the film,” reveals a source.

Chitrangada Singh plays a sexy siren; she has a sensuous and racy role which comes in a very important part of the film. So it was a unanimous decision to keep her sexy avatar a secret. Director Rohit Dhawan also confirms the news, and says, “Chitrangada comes at a very important junction in the film. No one would expect an entry in that situation. I want to maintain the intrigue value and surprise element even in the teaser posters.”

Till now, Chitrangada has stayed away from the commercial cinema; ‘Desi Boyz’ is going to be her first attempt in mainstream Bollywood films. She has also shown her dancing skills in a seductive salsa dance sequence which is touted to be a highlight of the film ‘Desi Boyz’.

The movie is releasing on November 25, and also stars Deepika Padukone in the main lead alongside the handsome Akshay Kumar and the hot John Abraham.
