|They say love makes you laugh and love makes you cry; and looks like love made Jennifer Lopez experience the latter!
Jennifer Lopez cried on stage while performing at the Mohegan Sun’s 15th anniversary celebration in Connecticut. Just after she sang the acoustic version of the hit number If You Had My Love, she became emotional discussing her past.
She is quoted as saying by Radar Online: “This is the first song I wrote about love. What is love? As the last song I wrote about love, a lot has changed since then.”
Reportedly, while she sang the song Until It Beats No More, the back dancers re-enacted scenes with lookalikes from her past which included her exes Ben Affleck, P. Diddy and Cris Judd.
Following this performance, a sobbing Jennifer Lopez said: “I took a trip down memory lane.” Nevertheless, when the big screen flashed the images of her three-year-old twins Max and Emme, she smiled and said: “There is love - and then there is love.”
Even after failing in love quite a few times, Jennifer said that she still remains hopeful and believes in love: “Sometimes it doesn't work - and that's sad. But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love. It's still my biggest dream.”
