Abhishek Bachchan’s first reaction on becoming a father

There is no doubt about the fact that Abhishek Bachchan is on cloud nine right now. And why wouldn’t he be? He is now a proud father of a baby girl!

After Aishwarya Rai gave birth to a baby girl, Abhishek wrote on twitter: “IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! :-)))))”

Interestingly, some months back, Abhishek Bachchan had himself revealed while replying to a fan’s tweet that he wants a baby girl. The fan had asked Abhishek on his Twitter page: “Do you know the gender or want to keep it a surprise?” Abhishek had responded: “hope it’s a girl.”

Anyhow, all his fans and Bollywood buddies have been showering congratulatory messages on him! Abhishek replied and wrote on twitter: “Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. Both Aishwarya and the baby are doing great and taking some much needed rest....”

Abhishek Bachchan’s subsequent tweet clearly depicted how elated he was on becoming a father: “And I'm trying my level best to get rid of this caffeine high and get some sleep too. Don't think it'll work. TOO EXCITED!!!!”

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan, too, was delighted on the arrival of the little one and wrote: “I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl !!..A dada ji ... Ecstatic !!!!”

Just can’t wait to watch the image of the baby! Hope the Bachchans post it soon!
