Bolder and better! Her look in Players has won her a lot of admiration. However, Bipasha is the same actress, who a few years ago was panned for being overweight. And look now, no other actress has such a fab-fit body like Bipasha’s. Her ripped abs and toned legs are also inspiration for many girls who want to don a bikini someday. The bongshell will soon come out with her second fitness DVD, titled Beach Body workout. The actress says, “We have a strong bikini culture but the girls find it hard to pull off the look, as it is tough to wear a bikini, swimsuit is easy though. The DVD is going to give the girls who are already lean, an idea how to go about their lower body.”

Mind it, it’s for the lean girls! But how Bipasha Basu prepared for her bikini moment in Players? Bips collaborated with Paul Britto, an expert, who devised an exercise plan that comprised functional training with an abs routine, kick-boxing, cardio and stretching and normal weight training. And also Bips was on a no-sweet diet.
