Bipasha Basu cool about John Abraham getting married

Bipasha Basu has clearly moved on from her break-up with John Abraham earlier this year. In fact, she seems absolutely cool about John getting married soon.

John Abraham has confirmed that he is thinking of getting married, and the world knows that he is presently dating the investment banker named Priya Marwah. So when Bipasha Basu was asked to react to the news of “an ex-friend” getting married, the lady was unperturbed.

“Nobody close to me has confirmed to any marriage plan. If there is anything such I will congratulate them,” Bipasha Basu said. She was talking to reporters while promoting her movie Players in Kolkata.

Talking about the movie Players, which is an official remake of the Hollywood film The Italian Job, Bipasha said: “The directors Abbas-Mastan have shot the film in a very Indian way. As compared to the female lead in The Italian Job, my character has lot more space in Players.”

The 32-year-old actress added that the look and feel of Players is different from the Hollywood film.

“Also while the Hollywood hit captured that time, Players reflects the present age, and the change in look and feel is apparent and important,” she added.

This year, Bipasha Basu also shot for the movie Singularity with Josh Hartnett.

“It is a period film. I am happy the way my character shaped up and now wait for its release in next year. I am proud to be part of such a project by a director like Ronald Joffe,” Bipasha said.

Bipasha added that she is happy to be in Kolkata on X-mas.

“I am here in my favorite city at this time of the year and happy to soak in the Christmas-New Year celebrations in Kolkata,” Bipasha said.

After Kolkata, Bipasha Basu headed to Bengaluru to promote Players. The movie is slated to release on January 6.
