Video: Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor lovesick in the song 'Aahatein'

It’s said that the depth of love becomes apparent at the moment of separation and after it. In the new song ‘Aahatein’ from the upcoming rom-com Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, we see a lovesick Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor separated, but pining for each other.

We see them lost in the fond memories of the good times they had. The unanswered phone calls, the lonely walks along promenade, the sleepless nights filled with longing -- all point to the single fact that Cupid has done its trick. LOVE has taken root.

The song progresses on a sedate tempo of a lullaby and the words are touching too. It takes no genius to figure out that the song comes at a point where the characters played by Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor have fought and separated only to realize that they love each other.

A lilting romantic track, Aahatein has been composed by Amit Trivedi and sung by Karthik and Shilpa Rao.

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu has Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor playing two very different individuals who get married after a drunken night in Las Vegas. They decide to get their marriage annulled but eventually fall in love.

Directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar, the movie is set to release on February 10 and will doubtlessly be a Valentine treat.
