If the rumour is to go by, the rock-solid, unshakeable marriage between Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan is witnessing the emergence of first cracks because of reports linking Shahrukh with his Don 2 co-star Priyanka Chopra.
In his entire career, Shahrukh Khan hasn’t been linked with any other woman and has been impeccably faithful to Gauri Khan. So the rumours of his link-up with Priyanka Chopra and the subsequent trouble in his marriage with Gauri Khan do take us by surprise.
In fact, a media report alleges that Gauri’s good friend Neelam Kothari is spreading the rumours and also had a fight with Priyanka Chopra, but the former actress has denied it on the micro-blogging site.
“Don't know how to react to a certain article that has come out today, claiming that I am responsible for starting certain rumours. I'm shocked and hurt with these allegations!! This is the first time in the whole of my career I have been dragged into a controversy..Not fair at all!! Gauri and Shahrukh happen to be my dear friends and will continue to be so.. Would never say anything derogatory about them. As for Priyanka Chopra... No we have never had a fight.. Get your facts right people!!” Neelam Kothari clarifies on her Twitter page.
Meanwhile, Shahrukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra haven’t responded to the rumours. Perhaps they hope the rumours will fizzle out after a few days.
