If you think a lot of starving has gone behind Kareena Kapoor getting that svelte frame, think again. The actress says she has always loved eating the paranthas and still do.

Kareena Kapoor and elder sister Karisma Kapoor debunked some myths about staying fit and in shape at the unveiling of the new cover of nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar's book Women & The Weight Loss Tamasha in Mumbai.

“I have never starved. Even when I used to work out for size zero for Tashan, I used to eat paranthas. I eat aloo and gobhi paranthas daily. I have a lovely diet to follow and there is lots to eat,” Kareena said, adding that dieting is not about starving oneself, “It is about looking good, feeling good and being fit, and once you do that all boys will automatically like you.”

If Kareena Kapoor was the undisputed holder of the size-zero title during the days of Tashan, she claims her sister Karisma Kapoor, who is making a comeback to Bollywood with the movie Dangerous Ishq, is the fittest lady in tinsel town.

“This is the right time to announce that the crown of size zero goes to Karisma Kapoor. She is the size zero of the industry today,” Kareena Kapoor said about Karisma.

Karisma reciprocated the compliment and said: “I completely give the credit to Bebo (Kareena) as she recommended me to Rujuta Diwekar. And now I have the right amount of weight on me, which feels great and it is all thanks to Rujuta.”
