Saif says Kareena is ‘very very good’ in doing stunts

The movie buffs will doubt whether an objective opinion about Kareena Kapoor’s ability to pull off dangerous stunts will come from Saif Ali Khan, but the actor insists that Kareena is very good in doing stunts in Agent Vinod.
Kareena Kapoor has mostly stayed away from action, save for a stray shot of her standing atop the bonnet of a car in Golmaal series, but that is now passé. The lady is ready to show her derring-do in Agent Vinod, coming out on March 23.
Before the film went on the floors, Kareena had said they doesn’t like doing action and stunts, but she rose to the occasion while filming it.
“She (Kareena Kapoor) had said she does not like doing action but she is very good at it. She has got pretty intense expression when she does it. She was very very good while doing it,” Saif Ali Khan said.
Not surprisingly, Kareena Kapoor did get injured while shooting a stunt sequence in Delhi. Saif himself was not spared of injuries and bruises.
“I thought it (doing action) would be fun but every inch of my body was bruised and coloured in some amazing purple, yellow blotches...I had not seen something like this ever. I have done everything myself which I am excited about,” said the 41-year-old star.
Agent Vinod is a spy thriller directed by Sriram Raghavan. Though comparisons are being drawn between Agent Vinod and James Bond, Saif Ali Khan says the two are very different and that Agent Vinod is very much an Indian spy.
