Veena Malik’s raunchy item song not for Anna Hazare!
Veena Malik made a sensational entry in Bollywood with her first item song ‘Channo’. The song that features in the movie Gali Gali Chor Hai is currently the flavor of the season, and indeed with this track she has paved her way to the viewers’ hearts, thanks to her sizzling thumkas. But her sensuous moves are not for everyone to see, especially, when the person is the anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare.

Since the movie Gali Gali Chor Hai starring Akshaye Khanna, Mugdha Godse and Shriya Saran is a film based on corruption, the filmmakers thought of screening it first for Anna Hazare. But before doing it, we hear, they did the needful changes.

Veena Malik’s raunchy item song Channo was axed from the film for Anna Hazare! The song was deleted from the screening of the film which was held for the anti-corruption icon at his village Ralegan Siddhi. The item number shows the Pakistani actress performing with truckloads of oomph and serenading the masses with her fatal gyrations during the election time to gather more votes for a political party.

May be the makers of Gali Gali Chor Hai were wary of the backlash of screening Veena Malik’s eye-popping song from the anti-corruption lobby.
