Shahrukh Khan joins Priyanka Chopra for Don 2 premiere in Berlin

Shahrukh Khan has made it to Berlin to walk the red carpet for the international premiere of Don 2. SRK was unwell and did not make it to the press conference but kept his promise to co-star Priyanka Chopra and producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani by making it in time for the premiere.

Shahrukh Khan had not traveled to Berlin because he needed rest, and when he finally did decide to make the trip, his flight was cancelled. Not one to stay back, a flight was chartered to take SRK to Berlin, prompting him to tweet "Flt cancelled got to be with my princess who won a gold medal. Reliance has got me a plane to take me to berlin.all good"

SRK's love affair with Berlin continues
Happy to be back in Berlin, Shahrukh tweeted, “yay..made it to brrrlin. needed to replenish the love i give on screen & no better place to get it bak than germany. so many hugs 7 kisses..”

In October 2010, Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta and Farhan Akhtar were in Germany for the filming of Don 2 and the entire team fell in love with Berlin. Shahrukh has quite a following in Germany, to add to that his fans descended on the town of Berlin, to catch a glimpse of their favourite star.

The stunts in 'Don 2' featured famous Berlin landmarks, including the great Cathedral, and a car chase through the streets of Berlin around Checkpoint Charley.
