Producer Ramesh Taurani accused Deepika Padukone of being unprofessional after she decided to walk out from his big project Race 2. The producer was not willing to take the matter lightly and registered a complaint against Deepika with Cine And Television Actors Association (CINTAA). But the association is not taking sides and has instead asked both the parties to resolve the differences.
But that doesn’t mean Deepika can stick to her decision of not doing Race 2. The actress has been asked to juggle her dates to fit in Taurani’s film. Taurani may also speak to the producer whom the actress has allotted her dates.
CINTAA general secretary Dharmesh Tiwari told a daily, “We have asked Deepika and Taurani to resolve the issue and requested both to work together.”
Deepika Padukone opted out of Race 2 after her dates allotted to the project went unutilized. Though she shot for a few days for the film, she was wary of the slow progress of the movie which also resulted in clashing with the dates she had given to other movies.
CINTAA has given two days to Deepika Padukone and Ramesh Taurani to come up with a solution. Last heard the actress met Taurani at his office to sort out the dates for Race 2.
