First look - Paoli Dam dares to bare for erotic thriller ‘Hate Story’!

Vikram Bhatt’s much-talked about erotic film Hate Story is ready to release this year in April. The first look of the film is out and it shows a backless girl sitting on the lap of a man. Does it titillate you? Hold your horses! there is more to this movie -- an erotic thriller -- which is made on the lines of Murder and Jism.

Director Vivek Agnihotri of Chocolate and Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal is dabbling in erotic genre with this film and has signed the Bengali actress Paoli Dam to play the lead. Seems like the daring girl on the first look of the film is Paoli. The actress is a well-known name in Bengali cinema; Paoli Dam walked the red carpet at the Cannes film festival last year for the premiere of her film Chatrak (Mushrooms), which ran into controversy because of Paoli’s full frontal nude scene in the film.

For Hate Story, the makers were hunting for a young woman who could meet two basic criteria - she should be an accomplished actress, and she needed to be uninhibited about her sexual energy.

That’s how Paoli Dam came into the picture. Not only is she bold enough to do nude scenes, she is also a good actress who has done over a dozen films with the famous Bengali directors like Rituparno Ghosh and Gautam Ghosh.

Since the movie is first of its kind erotic film, Paoli Dam fits in well. The movie also stars Nikhil Dwivedi. And Paoli, as expected, has done steamy scenes with conviction. Well, after seeing the first look of Hate Story we don’t dare doubt about her:
