Scarlett Johansson to promote ‘The Avengers’ in a saree!

Scarlett Johansson will soon be visiting India to promote her latest film The Avengers, and the beautiful actress has apparently planned to tour India wearing stunning sarees. Johansson is likely to visit India in the first week of May.

Scarlett Johansson plays Black Widow in the film The Avengers, and for the movie she is seen mostly in her black catsuit, but the actress thinks the saree would make her look far more sexy than the bodysuit. It’s learnt that the first thing the 27-year-old Hollywood star will do when she lands in India is to go shopping for authentic silk sarees in Chennai.

As a source is quoted by a daily, “Scarlett will be in India in the first week of May for the Asia promotions of The Avengers. She will stop at Chennai with her designer, as she wants to pick up a few silk saris to wear to the film’s premiere... she thinks a sari would make her look sensuous and make her assets appear more curvy.”

If Scarlett really goes around India in a sari then she will join the likes of chat-show queen Oprah Winfrey, hotel heiress Paris Hilton, Hollywood actress Elizabeth Hurley, hot model Gisele Bundchen and supermodel Naomi Campbell, who all have donned saree.

Scarlett Johansson has worked hard on her body to fit into the bodysuit of her character Black Widow, but still the actress is worried about her body. “Every woman has body worries, and I’m not exempt from that,” says Scarlett. For a saree, the actress need not worry about her body; the curves just look good draped in nine yards.
