HOT: Kalki Koechlin’s wild liplock in 'Shanghai' leaked!

Time and again Kalki Koechlin has proved that she is a fabulous performer and lights up the big screen with her spontaneous acting; and when it comes to love scenes she is no timid lassie. So, when she had to shoot a passionate and wild liplock with veteran Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee in Shanghai, the actress ended up biting the actor’s lips.

The video of their passionate liplock has already hit the web. The smooch is not a part of a lovemaking scene. Director Dibakar Banerjee instructed Kalki to “attack” Prosenjit during the shoot of the scene. Kalki is seen making the first move and Prosenjit Chatterjee succumbs to the lure of the moment.

While talking to a daily, Dibakar Banerjee explained that the scene was actually traumatic for Kalki to perform. After every take, the actress would rush to the other room and cry to bring her emotions to the boiling point. “While filming, she actually bit PC sir's lips!” the director says.

Kalki plays a complex character in the film; she idolizes Prosenjit who plays a firebrand. There is a strong sexual chemistry between the two. Prosenjit is much older and Kalki essays a young girl.

Kalki Koechlin and Prosenjit actually practiced the scene, but while shooting for it things turned a bit bizarre because Dibakar Banerjee forgot to say “cut”. Kalki was getting mad at the director while Prosenjit reacted coolly to it. Shanghai is produced by PVR Pictures and releases on June 8. It also stars Abhay Deol and Emraan Hashmi.
