Why is Gauri Khan not seen with Shahrukh Khan at the IPL matches?

Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan is conspicuously missing from the stands of stadiums at IPL matches this season.

Shahrukh’s Kolkata Knight Riders has performed superbly this year, but Gauri Khan is not spotted anywhere cheering for her team. What’s the reason?

Last year, the star wife had mostly accompanied hubby Shahrukh to the IPL matches. The couple was often seen with their gang of friends attending high-profile dos, but this year, things aren’t the way they used to be for Shahrukh and Gauri. One must have noticed that Shahrukh is mostly seen alone or is with his kids at this year’s IPL matches.

Recently, SRK, along with his sister Shenaz and children Aryan and Suhana, was spotted at a Bandra nightspot, but Gauri was not in attendance. The gorgeous star wife is not the types to sit at home or will keep a low-profile. Then, why this sudden aloofness?

There could be an alibi. Gauri is planning to make a foray into interior designing, and her career plans may be keeping her busy. She’s tied up with a real estate firm to style couture penthouses in Pune.

Speculations are that the recent slew of controversies involving Shahrukh might be making her stay away from the media as well as from the dear hubby.

Gauri Khan went solo at Hrithik Roshan’s birthday bash in January, and was without Shahrukh Khan at Ritesh Deshmukh-Genelia D'Souza’s wedding in February.
