Esha Deol is all set to tie the knot with her fiancé Bharat Takhtani on June 29 at a temple in Mumbai. The elder daughter of veteran actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra has been dating Bandra-based businessman Bharat Takhtani for quite some time. The couple was often spotted at the hot spots of the city.

Esha Deol got engaged to her beau Bharat in a quiet ceremony on February 12 at Hema Malini's bungalow in Juhu, and the marriage is also likely to be a low-key affair with only close family members and friends in attendance.

Expressing her joy, Hema Malini said that the family always wanted the marriage to happen in a temple. “We are very happy and excited. The preparations have started. The wedding will take place on June 29 at a temple,” Hema is quoted as saying.

However, the wedding reception is planned to be a big event. After the marriage on June 29, the reception will take place on June 30 at a suburban five star hotel with the who’s who of the industry present. Not only people from the film industry, but political bigwigs and noted businessmen are expected to grace the wedding reception.

Esha Deol tried to revive her sagging career as an actress with her mother’s film Tell Me O Kkhuda, but the movie tanked at the BO. She decided to settle down soon after the film’s release.
