Neil Nitin Mukesh says taking his ex-girlfriend’s name is a sin

The ghost of romantic past still haunts him! Neil Nitin Mukesh may have a new girl in his life, but the actor still has to let bygones be bygones. In a candid tete-a-tete with a film magazine, the actor reveals a lot about his former girlfriend.

Neil Nitin Mukesh talks his heart out about his relationship with an actress, and how it all went kaput. It is no news that Neil was seeing Asin in the past, but never did the two confirm that they are in a committed relationship. However, for the first time the actor has now opened up about his relationship, and also talks about his happy present.

“Well, I was in a long term relationship earlier. But the girl and her family were dishonest. The previous one even said, ‘I’ve met Neil only twice in my life’! She is a closed chapter and not worth a mention. Taking her name is a sin,” tells Neil to the magazine.

Earlier there were reports that Asin broke up with Neil Nitin Mukesh over a text message, which read, “It’s over”. When asked about his heartbreak, he said that he was heartbroken. “It’s disgusting how she treated me. No one should treat anyone like that,” were the bitter words used by Neil Nitin Mukesh about his past relationship. He even mentioned that his former girlfriend didn’t want commitment and pretended that she loved him. While he was stupid to believe her and was left hurt and shattered.

His conversation with the magazine clearly shows this entire episode still rankles in him, but Neil has found a special friend, and she, too, is an actress. The two have common set of friends and they often hang out together. Neil has even signed a horror flick with her. The actor confessed that he is yet to pop the question to the girl, but in his mind they are together.
