The all-India distribution rights of Balaji's Kyaa Super Kool Hai Hum has been sold for Rs.21.60 crore to a Nagpur-based distributor. Actor Tusshar Kapoor credits the spoof inspired by John Abraham's dare bare act in Dostana in helping the film fetch this price.
"The all-India rights have been bought by Heera Laxmi for Rs.21.60 crore," Tusshar Kapoor said in a statement.
"The cheeky shot created a huge buzz and fetched the film a great price. The sequence is a hilarious spoof on 'Dostana'. But only we could not get hold of yellow briefs like John Abraham's. So we had to make do with blue ones," he added.
