Father Dharmendra makes an appearance at Esha Deol’s wedding
After conspicuously missing from Esha Deol’s splendid sangeet and then from her mehendi ceremony, father Dharmendra finally made an appearance at her wedding held today morning in a temple in Juhu suburbs.

Esha Deol’s sangeet on June 25 saw many from the industry making an entry, but none from the Deol family, except Abhay Deol, was present that night. However, it was later reported that papa Dharmendra was at the sangeet venue and made an early exit, carefully evading the press. Why the star father averted camera glares on the sangeet night is anybody’s guess.

The other day when Esha Deol posed for shutterbugs with her mother and sister along with her fiancé Bharat Takhtani’s family after her mehendi ceremony, Dharmendra was yet again absent from the family picture. Dharmendra’s missing act did raise questions about the veteran’s commitment as the father of the bride.

However, the star was seen with Hema Malini in the temple wedding (today) of Esha Deol. Wearing a crisp light brown suit and white shirt, Dharmendra was spotted playing his role of a dad perfectly, waiting at the temple entrance to welcome his new son-in-law Bharat Takhtani.

It’s reported that Dharmendra was earlier in the US to visit his eldest daughter by first wife Prakash Deol, but came home in time for the wedding celebrations of daughter Esha.
