Song promo: Saif and Deepika’s love pangs in 'Cocktail' song 'Jugni'
Jugni, the metaphor for a firefly used so very often in Punjabi folk, is the title of the Cocktail number featuring the film’s principal cast: Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty.

At the start of the number we see Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone exchanging a romantic kiss. Thereafter is unravelled the cobweb of this love triangle, where Deepika weeps, gives off the look of utter bewilderment and even smashes a mirror with her mobile phone. Saif Ali Khan walks the streets of London with a pursed brow (indicative of emotional turmoil), and Diana Penty too lets on a few expressions of being lovelorn.

In the film, Saif plays Gautam whose mom tries to fix his match with Meera (Diana Penty) and therefore sends the two to London on the pretext of an assignment. But in London, Saif and Diana meet and befriend Veronica (Deepika Padukone) and the three decide live together as chums. The plot thickens when Saif and Deepika get attracted to each other.

Cocktail is directed by Homi Adajania.

The song Jugni has been composed by Arif Lohar and sung by Lohar and Harshdeep Kaur. Lyrics are by Irshad Kamil.
