Aamir Khan’s son to make his Bollywood debut!
All of 17 and in college, Aamir Khan’s first son Junaid has Bollywood aspirations and will soon make his debut with his dad’s film Peekay. Is he acting in it? No, he is appointed as the first assistant to the director Rajkumar Hirani.

The movie Peekay stars Aamir Khan with Anushka Sharma, and as per reports it was the director who offered the young Khan a chance to work on the project. Initially, Junaid was apprehensive, but with filmmaking running in his veins, he has already developed a liking for cinema, and thus convinced his dad for it and even promised not to neglect his studies because of it.

The Jr Aamir Khan has already begun his work. A source close to the film revealed to a daily that Junaid has been traveling across the country scouting for suitable locations for the shoot. The film is scheduled to go on floors later this year.

Junaid Khan has also impressed director-producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who will present Peekay. Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s son also has a sound knowledge of camera angles. “Junaid has always been fascinated by the various aspects of filmmaking. He used to often accompany his father to the sets of his films. He always had a viewpoint. And Aamir was rather impressed with it,” tells a source to a daily.

So, the boy has already started following in his dad’s footsteps. Assisting a director like Rajkumar Hirani, who has given superhits like Munna Bhai series and 3 Idiots, will be rewarding for Junaid.
