Gangs of Wasseypur 2: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s real-life ‘permission’ story

Though an ‘all persons fictitious disclaimer’ is flashed before the start of a film, in reality, without our knowledge, there are certain scenes which are indeed based on real-life incidents; and that too the real life of actors!

For those who have seen Gangs of Wasseypur, we can be sure of the fact that you remember the scene where Nawazuddin Siddiqui places his hand on Huma Qureshi’s and she tells him ‘aise thodi na kahin bhi haath rakh denge, permission leni chahiye pehle’!

Well, the scene has been picked from Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s real life! In a recent interview, the actor revealed that he indeed held the hand of a girl in real life and then she told him to take her permission before doing anything in the future!

Not only this, as seen in the trailers of Gangs of Wasseypur 2, you’ll see a scene in the film where Nawazuddin Siddiqui would ask Huma Qureshi to grant him permission to have sex with her! The same incident happened in real life and the girl whom Nawazuddin asked out gave the same reply as Huma does in the film ‘joote khaoge?’

When during a workshop of Gangs of Wasseypur, Nawazuddin mentioned these incidents, Anurag Kashyap decided to include these in the movie; and these incidents are definitely worth adding!
