Shahrukh Khan keeps the Deepika Padukone suspense alive!
The rumour of Deepika Padukone being roped in as a female lead opposite Shahrukh Khan in director Rohit Shetty’s film Chennai Express finds no clearance even from SRK himself.

Shahrukh Khan refuses to confirm whether Deepika Padukone will feature in his much talked about film Chennai Express, saying the director will take a call on that.

"I am the producer and, I think, the director should be announcing it soon," Shahrukh Khan, who will play the main lead in it as well, told reporters here Tuesday.

Rohit Shetty will wield the megaphone for the movie.

If Deepika Padukone is confirmed, this will be their second movie together after her debut project Om Shanti Om.
