Why Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha are not promoting ‘Joker’

We are all aware that promoting a film is quintessential to its success! While all producers try and find out new and innovative ideas to promote their film, Joker, starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, which is slated to release on August 31st, seems to have no buzz surrounding it!

Hardly have we seen any promotional events being conducted to promote Joker! Well, reportedly, there’s a reason for it! Akshay Kumar is apparently really keeping busy with his upcoming anticipated home production OMG Oh My God!; he is too attached to the project!

So much so that when he made an appearance on the dance reality show DID Little Masters, Akshay, instead of promoting Joker, talked about OMG Oh My God!, which is slated to release on September 28!

Speaking about the lead actress of Joker, Sonakshi Sinha, too, has not made many appearances to promote the film! On the other hand, Chitrangada Singh, who features in an item number in the film, has been spotted promoting Joker on perhaps more occasions that Sonakshi Sinha!

Helming the direction of the film, Shirish Kunder is busy finishing all the post-production work since they cannot afford any delay in the release!

Whether or not the film’s fate will be affected because of the low promotion will be clear only when the film releases!
