Salman Khan to return in 'Ek Tha Tiger' sequel?
'Ek Tha Tiger' sequel in the works; Salman to reprise the role!

Spurred by the successful run of Ek Tha Tiger at box office, its makers Yash Raj Films are said to be thinking of making the film’s sequel.

Yes, rumour has it that Ek Tha Tiger sequel is in the works and it goes without saying that it will have Salman Khan playing the lead role of a renegade RAW agent yet again. It’s still not clear if the sequel will take off from the point where ETT ended, but the production house YRF is learnt to have got two titles registered -- ‘Ek Hai Tiger’ and ‘Ek Rahega Tiger’ -- an indication that an Ek Tha Tiger trilogy many be in the works.

So far there has been no confirmation of the sequel either from director Kabir Khan or the production house.

Meanwhile, Ek Tha Tiger is on its way to break more box office records. As per initial estimates, the film looks set to touch the Rs. 150 crore, if not exceed, as its lifetime business. Both Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are hugely happy with the roaring start the film has taken at box office.

The film is expected to finish its five-day run on Sunday with a collection ranging from Rs. 90 crore to Rs. 100 crore.
