Shahrukh Khan all alone on Eid!
A lonely Shahrukh Khan celebrates Eid in Ladakh!

While the city of Mumbai is abuzz with a festive spirit of Eid on Monday, Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan is far away in Ladakh.

The actor is in the barren and mountainous Ladakh to shoot for Yash Chopra’s yet untitled film co-starring Katrina Kaif.

“All alone on Eıd...on a thın wındıng road. Nowhere and everywhere. Just gave myself a hug after a long tıme. Wıll celebrate wıth happy wınds,” Shahrukh Khan posted on Twitter.

Earlier, Shahrukh had written that he would read Takbirat in the open landscape of Ladakh.

“Eid Mubarak to everyone. May Allah fill your life with happiness. Look forward to reading the Takbirat in an open space in Ladakh. Insha Allah,” Shahrukh Khan wrote.

Every year, Shahrukh makes it a point to celebrate Eid with his family. However, he couldn’t do that this year because the shooting schedule for the Yash Chopra film couldn’t be postponed, nor the superstar take a few days off it.
