Preview: ‘Taken 2’ promises thrill and action!

Preview: ‘Taken 2’ promises thrill and action!
One can recall when Taken released in 2008, the film set the cash registers ringing despite receiving mixed reviews! Perhaps counting on its success, the makers are now all set to release its sequel Taken 2 in India this Friday, October 12

Taken was perhaps the turning point of Liam Neeson’s career and he is all set to recreate the same magic as the retired CIA Agent Bryan Mills with Taken 2! Remember how he killed all the baddies and saved his abducted daughter in Taken?

Well, the past is here to haunt Wills again! This time, the father of the deceased kidnapper will make sure he makes life difficult for Wills as he kidnaps his wife! Going by the trailer, it seems like Taken 2 will take brutal killings to a whole new level!

The flick seems to have the plug-ins of a decent action thriller and it would be interesting to see if director Olivier Megaton can pull it off and impress the cinemagoers and critics alike! Do look out for the scene in the trailer which shows Liam Neeson, the caring father, give a warning to his daughter (Maggie Grace) that there are abductors after her; it should be the high point (literally) of the film!
