First Look: 'Race 2' looks slick

First Look: 'Race 2' looks slick
Saif Ali Khan returns to action in the Abbas Mustan film Race 2 the first trailer of which will release in the coming days.

Meanwhile, the first look poster of the film is out and it has a dapper Saif Ali Khan posing with a case containing something precious -- a weapon or money or a secret? The backdrop is of an Arabic town, presumably somewhere in Morocco, Tunisia or even Turkey.

The punchline says “Betrayal Is Survival”. Though the first look is slick, it does bring to mind Saif Ali Khan’s Agent Vinod for a moment.

Race 2 is touted as a full-on actioner by Abbas Mustan, who have carved a niche in the action-thriller genre over the years, though not without being spared of the allegations of plagiarism.

Race 2 stars Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham in male leads. The leading ladies are Jacqueline Fernandez, Chitrangada Singh, Ameesha Patel and Bipasha Basu.

The film is slated to release in January 2013. Check out its first look and tell us if you like it.
