Watch: Akshay, Asin and Claudia perform live to promote 'Khiladi 786'

The promotions of the upcoming film Khiladi 786 hit a peak with the musical evening at Mumbai’s Mithibai College where the film’s lead actors Akshay Kumar and Asin performed live in front of the collegians.



The film’s songs have caught on with the youth and quite befittingly Akshay, Asin and the German model Claudia Ciesla took the stage at Mithibai College and danced to a mash-up of the songs like ‘Khiladi Bhaiyya’, ‘Lonely Song’ or ‘Long Drive’. The highpoint was when Claudia Ciesla stepped on the stage and shook her leg to ‘Balma’ with Akshay Kumar.

The stars also distributed the audio CDs of Khiladi 786 to the crowd.

Talking about the number 786, which has religious connotations, in the film’s title, Akshay later told the media persons that his character Bahattar has the number scribbled on his palm in the form of palm lines. So he has the grace of God who keeps him out of harm’s way.

Asin plays a Marathi mulgi in the film and she said that it was fun playing the Maharashtrian character who speaks accented Hindi.
