OMG! This could be a dream cast for any director. Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh can’t wait to share screen space with their son Ranbir Kapoor in Abhinav Kashyap’s film Besharam. The lovely couple of Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh has reportedly agreed to be a part of the film.
But don’t expect to see the couple playing parents of Ranbir Kapoor. The grapevine suggests that both Rishi and Neetu will play Haryanvi cops in the film. If Neetu will essay a loud and boisterous lady cop, husband Rishi will be her soft-spoken counterpart. That reminds us so much of Inspector Chautala and her subordinates from the telly serial F.I.R..
According to the sources, Abhinav Kashyap thought of casting Neetu only after he was sure that the role is meaty enough to offer her, and only after going through the script, did Ranbir’s mom decide to do Besharam. And guess who is most excited by this casting coup? Of course, beta Ranbir! “Ranbir is very excited since this will be the first time he will share screen space with his mother, whom he is extremely close to,” a source tells a daily.
The Dabangg director, Abhinav Kashyap, always wanted to make a film with Ranbir and Rishi, and now he has managed to rope in Neetu Singh as well.
The movie Besharam is going on floors by December 10. It’s learnt that the first scene of the film is a marriage sequence. The newbie Pallavi Sharda will get to romance Ranbir Kapoor in the film.
