John Abraham says his performance as gangster Manya Surve in Shootout At Wadala is the best of his career and it would be great if he wins a National Award for it.
Actor-producer John Abraham, whose debut production project Vicky Donor has won three National Awards, believes his performance in Shootout At Wadala is one of his "best". He says it would be "great" if his work is lauded with the prestigious honour too.
He plays real life gangster Manya Surve in the movie.
"This is one of the best performances of my career. I hope to get the appreciation - critically and commercially, and if I get the National Award, then that will be great," the 40-year-old said here Tuesday at the music launch of "Shootout at Wadala".
