Like his half-brothers, Rahul and Akshaye, Sakshi, too, aspires to be an actor, and has studied in a US film school. He even learnt acting in Rahul Rawail’s institute in Mumbai, and for the last couple of months has been assisting Milan Luthria for Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Again.
Last year in December when the movie’s cast was shooting in Muscat, Sakshi Khanna accompanied the crew members, and it was then that he managed to impress Milan. And since then there have been strong rumours that Milan Luthria might launch Sakshi in a film.
“Ever since the word has spread that Khanna’s youngest son Sakshi is open to making his acting debut, many bigwigs of the industry have tried to rope him in for their projects," a source is quoted as saying. As far as Sakshi’s appearance is concerned, he is gifted with rugged looks, and inherits his father’s strong jawline.
Sources claim that Sakshi's debut film will apparently go on the floors by August-end and Milan is believed to be quite kicked about it. The director is even planning to launch his own production house with this film, and apparently a new girl will be launched with Sakshi Khanna.
It's even heard that Sakshi was approached for Aashiqui 2 as well, but things couldn’t work out. For now, the boy is happy assisting Milan Luthria and learning the ropes of filmmaking in Bollywood.
A few years back, Sakshi was hit by a controversy when Mumbai police raided a rave party and his name popped up as one of the youngsters caught.
