A fresh face will soon be seen in the popular comedy serial F.I.R. Don’t worry the makers aren’t replacing Chandramukhi Chautala, played by Kavita Kaushik, but a new man is going to be introduced in Chandramukhi’s life soon. Who is he?
After actor Shiv Pandit quit the show, no other actor could revive the chemistry shared by Chandramukhi Chautala and Bajrang Pandey (Shiv Pandit). Actor Aamir Ali was also a part of the show for some time, but the audiences couldn’t accept him as Chandramukhi’s hero. Now, after flying solo for years in the serial F.I.R, Chandramukhi is getting a new man to romance with.
TV actor Vipul Roy, last seen in the show Chehra, has been roped in to play Inspector Bhola Pandey. The actor is blessed with good looks and has anchored reality shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Ghar Ghar Mein. Vipul also knows that playing the romantic lead in the show is a huge challenge as F.I.R is now synonymous to Chandramukhi Chautala. The actor will try his best to woo the fans with his comic timing and impish charm.
Vipul Roy’s entry in the show will see him being misunderstood as a thug by Chandramukhi. The lady Inspector will later discover that he is a senior Inspector appointed in her own police station. The episode will air on Sep 17.
F.I.R is trying hard to get back its lost glory. The show suffered a major setback when Kavita Kaushik left and actress Chitrashi Rawat replaced her, playing Inspector Jwalamukhi. Now, as Kavita Kaushik is back on small screen essaying one of the most loved characters of TV, expect the fate of the show to turn around.
Will a new male lead opposite Chandramukhi help F.I.R get better TRPs? Well, only time can tell!
